Zihuatanejo, Mexico The Marlin House Our gorgeous condo is located in the exclusive La Casa Que Ve al Mar condominium complex overlooking Zihuatanejo Bay and La Ropa Beach. Experience the panoramic ocean view offered by our condo from the moment you open the front door. It offers spectacular vistas from the open-air living room, dinning area, kitchen and master bedroom. Casa de Aguja, The Marlin House, is a 2-bedroom 2 full bath contemporary condo (more than 1300 square ft.) It is located on the 5th floor of the most recently completed third phase of La Casa Ve al Mar complex and has elevator access. We have added a new outdoor terrace off the master bedroom this season. We are very
excited about this addition and feel that it is a great addition to our already lovely condo. Besides enjoying
your morning coffee or afternoon sunset cocktail in our open air living room you can now feel like you are sitting on
top of the world over looking Zihuatanejo bay and the Pacific ocean from our new terrace. The unit has handicap access for ease of entry from the upper parking lot. Each
bedroom is air conditioned for your sleeping comfort with king size beds and 600+count linens. In addition, the unit offers
a fully equipped kitchen with a water purification system, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, twice week maid service
and bottled purified water is also provided. Both bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV's and DVD players. There is
a IHome and CD player should you wish to bring your IPod and free high speed wireless internet service is also provided free
of charge in the unit. The complex has two beautiful infinity swimming pools for your enjoyment, and covered parking should you choose to rent an automobile. This is a gated community with 24-hour security service. La Casa Que Ve al Mar is located on a hillside where tropical flowers abound and magnificent sea views are everywhere. A five-minute walk down the hill will take you to Playa La Ropa one of Mexico's most beautiful beaches. If you arrive in the late afternoon, you will have the opportunity to catch a Happy Hour (2 for 1) at one of the many breezy palapa restaurants along La Ropa Beach. What a better way to unwind from a long flight than to drop off your bags at the condo and head for the beach? We would like to offer to pay for your first round at Paty's or Eliva's on La Ropa with our complements. Daily prices are in US dollars. We are an authorized
property manager and are registered with the Mexican hacienda and only charge the offical 3% Mexican room tax.
We require a 50% deposit to secure the unit and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. All rates do not include the 3% room

touch by having its own on-site owner management service. We offer the only full time 24 hour per day resident staff management team in the
complex. Our wealth
of local knowledge regarding restaurants, shopping and local attractions will save you lots of precious vacation time. During high season we provide airport pickup
upon your arrival, provide emergency contact service, can assist in free internation telephone calling via Skype, and provide photocopy service if needed. If you have a late departure your luggage will
be securely stored. We
are dedicated to providing you with a pleasant hassle and worry free stay in our beautiful home. From the time you arrive at the airport until you return
home, we are here for you. Fishing
charters can be arranged on one of our two super pangas, The Huntress and the Huntress II. Fishing for Sailfish, Marlin and Dorado is excellent
during the high season. Early

can also arrange Kayak trips, Sunset cruises, Snorkeling trips, surfing lessions, provide restaurant recommendations and reservations, and are eager to share all our local knowledge accumulated

Your hosts, Mike and Dee Bulkley are full time resident managers of the Marlin
House and will be on call, 24 hours a day to provide you with any assistance you may need.
