Daily prices are in US dollars. We are an authorized property manager and are registered with
the Mexican hacienda and only charge the offical 3% Mexican room tax. We require a 50% deposit to secure
the unit and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Rates do not include the 3% room tax and can be changed without notification
