Seasons and Rates
Daily prices are in US dollars and do not include the 15% IVA and 2% hotel tax.

High Season is November 15th, 2007 through April 30th, 2008--$225.00/night
Low Season is May 1st, 2008 through November 14th 2008--$165.00/night
Holiday weeks are Thanksgiving week, The week before Christmas through
the week after New Year's and Easter week at $250.00/night.

Monthly rates available on request. Please call for extended stay discount packages

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 3:00PM and check out is 11AM.

50% to hold the reservation:All reservations will be held for seven (7) days pending receipt of deposit by personal check

50% due 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION Policy
We will retain:
50% on cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival.

75% on cancellations received 29 days prior to arrival
No refunds for cancellations within 13 days of expected arrival.
