                                                                              We are offering a newly consturcted  two bedroom unit with queen size beds, one bath, duplex for rent.

The Boat House has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in both bedrooms and five fans through out the unit.  400 hundred count linens, TV

Internet access, local phone, washer/dryer and covered patio all new for the 2010/2011 season will add to you living comfort.

If you drive we have off street covered parking.  The rental is located in  a quiet Mexican neighborhood known as La Noria.

This is where the local fisherman and their families live. It is a short 5 minute flat walk to Zihuantanejo pier/muelle.  Once

there you can stroll along the picturesque waterfront walkway (known as the Paseo de Pescador) and its many delightful local restaurants,

to the beautiful, old fashioned, downtown Zihuatanejo with its open air markets, distinctive shops and authentic Mexicn night life.  There

are many fun activities available including sports fishing, kayaking, diving, sailing, surfing, and a variety of guided tours within minutes

of the unit.  Madera beach is just another 5 minute walk from the end of the fisherman's walkway and trendy La Ropa beach 15 minutes away.

If you are looking for a place where you can get involved with the local citizens in a clean, quiet, convenient and safe emvironment,

the Boat House is for you.

Weekley ( minimum 7 nights) monthly, seasonal ( November 15 - May 15) and long term rentals can be arranged.  The Boat House also

If you choose a seasonal or long term rental all the following utilities ( gas, water, TV, internet and phone) and once a week maid

service will be included in your rental rate.  Electric charges will be the responsibility of the renter.  The unit is metered for your

convenience.  Maximum guests are limited to four persons.
